We’ll match you with one of our wonderful counselors via email to schedule your first session. We are highly selective when it comes to our counselors. But don’t take it from us - you can try your first session risk free.

Make a therapy appointment

Step 3: Attend your first session

Once your counselor confirms the time and location of your session, simply show up! Typically, your counselor will meet you in a cafe or a park. Folks find that this works well - it’s pretty painless once you’re there :)
